Rich’s entire career has focused on improving the quality of life of everyone around him. From his days as a trainer of killer whales for Sea World, Inc and through his 20 plus years of management in banking, finance, and real estate, he has acquired the discipline, leadership and focus required to successfully compete in business. This is evident in Rich’s coaching style.

Rich was the youngest head show trainer, the youngest trainer to perform the killer whale ride-jump and he earned the first ever title of Behaviorist at Sea World, Inc. His business skills have earned him numerous awards for his leadership and team building skills in various positions in both large and small companies.
